Rajinder Kumar popularly known as Lucky Noor, is a Sufi poet. The verse form Lucky Noor primarily employed is the Kafi, popular in Punjabi and Hindi poetry. Many people have taken his Kafis to music, from humble street-singers to renowned Sufi singers, like The Wadali Brothers, Lakhwinder Wadali, Kamal Khan (Winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa), Maghar Ali Khan and Surinder Khan.
